It’s a little crazy to think about all the life that has sprung forth in the six months since I made this crazy decision to launch Recklessly Alive Ministries.
I’ve been on tour. I’ve been a featured speaker at a youth retreat. I’ve been invited to speak at colleges. I am in talks to speak at a conference for young women. I’m still plugging away at the book with 50,000 out of 60,000 words completed. And this summer, with the help of my friends at Tandem Creative Company, I shot my first 3 minute suicide prevention video!
Uffda, I need a nap.
42,773 people in in the U.S. committed suicide in 2015 and we need to do SOMETHING to reach people who are struggling when the hipster Edison light bulb in my head came up with a video. Then I hired two of the most beautiful humans on the planet to help tell this story.
And they totally killed it.

The purpose of the video is singular: to save lives.
And to do that I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. I need you to help share this video with as many people as possible. The truth is someone you know needs to see this video.
The video will officially be released out into the world on Tuesday, November 15th at 9am. Since you are my people, you get the first look.

Here’s where you come in: I need you to join my THUNDERCLAP campaign.
Thunderclap is a social media platform where users sign up to share a video or message at a certain time on a certain day so that the video will create a HUGE impact upon release.
